COFFEE INFUSED STOUT
A dark and rich blend of six varieties of malt provides the base for the locally ground Arabica coffee beans to stand up and shout flavour! Thanks to Artysans Coffee Shop in Inverness for roasting such flavourful beans.
RED RYE HOP EXTRAVAGANZA
A Red Rye based beer, recklessly laced with American Hops during the boil and dry hopped after fermentation with more USA and NZ varieties. A real fruity character with a smooth bitterness, perfect to rock your senses to the edge.
EXPLICITLY HOPPED EXTRA PALE ALE
This extra pale ale may look calm and tranquil, but as you throw it back the mass of hop induced flavours will drown your taste buds. This is one Rogue Wave that’s going to quench your thirst!
SESSION WHITE IPA
A seriously hopped up session white IPA brewed with modern classic hops such as Citra, Motueka and Mosaic. A smooth wheat backbone helps support the hops, round the body and creates an awesome straw haze to the beer.
MYSTERIOUS MALTY PORTER
Two-tone, toe-tapping, taste bud-tantalising ten-malt-porter. Monstrous amounts of fresh malts create a beer as black as the earl of hell to which some big piney hops are added to give a robust bitter finish. Great with oysters.
