Seafood Crumpet
Orkney crab and baby prawns tossed in a light seafood sauce, served on a toasted crumpet with seaweed butter

Game Terrine
Served with chargrilled ciabatta, mixed leaf and a cranberry jelly

“Cheese on Toast”
Goats cheese on toasted brioche. Served on an apple, walnut and beetroot salad with a honey mustard dressing

Highland Smoked Salmon
Served with a horseradish potato salad, caviar, rocket and chargrilled lemon

THE MAIN EVENT

Char grilled Prime Scottish Fillet Steak
Topped with a slab of house pâté and served on toasted brioche with crispy potatoes and green beans. Finished with a rich red wine jus

Steamed Shetland Halibut alla Carlina
Beautiful white Shetland halibut steamed and served with a classic Venetian sauce of freshly chopped tomatoes, capers, onions and a rich tomato passata. Served on sautéed potatoes and samphire

Wild Mushroom Gnocchi
Crispy potato gnocchi, with wild mushrooms and spinach, tossed in a cream sauce and drizzled with truffle oil

Grilled fillet of Sea Bass
With king prawns tossed in a shellfish bisque and winter greens. Crowned with a steamed crevette

 

 

THE FINALE

Banoffee Pavlova
My better half’s pavlova. Topped with thinly sliced banana, whipped cream, warm salted caramel sauce and popcorn pieces
