Produced at the oldest distillery on the Isle of Skye, Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been made by the sea since 1830, with its smell and taste instantly connecting you to its rugged maritime home. Immensely satisfying stuff, with whiffs of warm peat blending with coastal air, it is a truly spectacular dram paired with seafood – especially oysters

Talisker 10-Year-Old, the stalwart of the Talisker family, is a powerful single malt whisky, with a sea-salty nose, spicy complexity, smoky sweet character and signature peppery finish

Talisker Port Ruighe (45.8%)
Talisker Port Ruighe is finished in port casks, combining the powerful maritime character with succulent sweet notes of rich berry fruits

Talisker 18 (45.8%)
Our favourite, a truly special harmony of peat, spice and sweetness. If you weren’t already convinced, this fabulous dram picked up the title Best Whisky in the World at the 2007 World Whiskies Awards too





Dalwhinnie 15 (43%)
Elegant and approachable, matured predominantly in ex-bourbon barrels it has a light, fruity palate and a whiff of heather on the finish

Tomatin 14 (46%)
Sweet and fruity, finished in tawny-port pipes it’s bursting with red fruits alongside subtle notes of toffee and honey

Dalmore 15 (40%)
Rich and smooth, Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore

Tomatin Legacy (43%)
Time in bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks brings sweetness, a non peaty Scotch whisky. Aromas of vanilla bean, white chocolate and cinnamon.
Great as an entry level malt!




Macallan 12 Sherry Oak (40%)
The benchmark of quality, a truly distinctive icon and delivers exceptional taste every time. Matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, it is full of all those hallmark dried fruit and woodspice notes

Lagavulin 16 (43%)
The 16 year old has truly become a benchmark Islay dram. Its aromas of peat, smoke, and sea salt are not for the faint hearted but inspires fanatical devotion in its many followers

Balvenie 14 Caribbean Cask (43%)
A modern classic. Initially aged in traditional oak casks before it was finished in casks which previously held Caribbean rum. Expect vanilla and toffee notes as the rum contributes extra sweetness to the flavours

The Hearrach (46%)
Made using soft Outer Hebridean waters from the Abhainn Cnoc a ’Charrain, which runs over the oldest rocks on earth, and 100% Scottish Concerto barley that was lightly peated at 12-15ppm





GlenAllachie 15 46%
matured in a combination of Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, creating a smooth, rich character. Notes of dark chocolate, coffee, and caramel mean you should have this over affogato, no questions asked

Tomatin 18 46%
The perfect digestif. Honey and soft oak flavours develop into a hint of dark chocolate with a citrus burst before a sustained sweet and slightly dry finish

Dalmore King Alexander III 40%
The pinnacle of the Dalmore range, King Alexander III is a marriage of six different cask types; French wine casks, madeira drums, port pipes, marsala barrels, matusalem oloroso sherry casks and bourbon barrels from Kentucky. Truly a stunning dram.

The Macallan 18 43%
Exclusively matured in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. Fruity and full bodied, with hints of spice and orange.
The sherry seasoned oak cask delivers aromas of dried fruits and ginger with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.
